Simply b Photos » The Big Blue Bus Tour

morning swim

Our adventure got off to a rocky start earlier this week. The beach house we had reserved for 18 nights turned out to be a bust. The beach was fantastic, but the house itself was less than stellar. It had not had a thorough clean in ages and my allergies and asthma went wild. After one night we checked out.

Thankfully we have friends who are out of town and generously offered their digs to us while they are gone! It’s actually the perfect set-up. Though not on the beach – they do have a swimming pool in the backyard, which is even better! No sandy mess!

Even though we’re not staying on the beach, we do plan on spending time there over the next couple weeks! We’ll start with a sunrise session tomorrow morning for Miss B and {52 Dresses}.

Speaking of which, Jake suggested I continue {52 Dresses} while we’re on The Big Blue Bus tour. I think that will be perfect! I hate leaving a project unfinished. I’d rather change the timeline than leave it undone! So if you know anyone who would be interested in participating the last 12 weeks of {52 Dresses} – have them contact me at amy@simplybphotos.com!

I’m in love with this image of Josh and Miss B this morning. She shouldn’t have favorites – but she does. Josh is her favorite brother. She loves to play with Sam , and she can rely on Jacob, but Josh is her fave. When she needs something, he is the first one she runs to.

This morning Jake, Sam-a-lam, and Jacob are working on the bus. It’s parked at a friend’s house until the end of the month when it’s time for us to leave Florida.

Josh stayed here with me to watch Miss B while I work on the schedule for my upcoming FREE workshops. I couldn’t resist capturing some images of them playing in the pool this morning. The sunrise was glorious and came right over the pool.

Although I’m so excited about our upcoming adventure, we’re going to miss Florida something fierce. We’ve been blessed to have lived here!
